Our pelvic physio guided postpartum exercises classes are the best way to support your postpartum recovery. Learn how to heal your pelvic floor, core, and other important muscle groups. Train in a small group setting with women along the same journey!

Led by a pelvic floor physio

Upon completing an initial pelvic health physiotherapy assessment at the clinic, our pelvic physio will be able to customize your exercises to match your level of recovery. Train with the right movements and intensity level that is best for your pelvic floor. 

Mommy And Baby Yoga

Bring baby along!

You are welcome to bring your baby along with you to our classes. We want you to be able to feel good and move without having to worry about finding someone to watch your kiddo!

Make new friends!

Work alongside other women along their postpartum journey! Try some new movements, make some new memories, and meet some new mommies in your community.
