Manual Therapy

Therapists will use hands-on techniques such as joint mobilization/manipulation, soft tissue release or myofascial release for the assessment and treatment of various conditions. Manual therapy is integrated with individualized therapeutic exercise, patient education and other modalities to improve pain symptoms, loss of function and wellness.

Acupuncture & Dry Needling

Functional dry needling is a technique in which a sterile fine filament needle is inserted into skin and muscle for pain relief, trigger point release, increasing blood flow and oxygen, improving mobility and muscle stimulation. Needles can be manipulated either manually or with electrical stimulation for desired effects. Acupuncture involves the application and stimulation of trigger points based on traditional Chinese meridian points to restore energy flow, decrease pain and help relieve muscle tension.
