My Story
Alison is a licensed physiotherapist and personal trainer with over 14 years of experience, originally trained in Denmark and now practicing in Canada. Her broad clinical background spans post-surgical cardiac rehabilitation, neurology, musculoskeletal, respiratory care and pelvic health, shaping a holistic and thoughtful approach to treatment.
She supports a broad range of women’s health and muskuloskeletal diagnoses, helping individuals manage pre- and postnatal-related discomfort, incontinence, pelvic pain, and musculoskeletal conditions.
With certifications in older adult fitness, group training, and barre. Alison integrates strength and mobility work into her physiotherapy sessions to support lasting wellness. Her passion is in pelvic
therapy, where she is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space for patients while helping break the stigma surrounding pelvic floor dysfunction. She combines evidence-based care with education and compassionate support to help clients rebuild strength, function, and confidence in their everyday lives.
Fun facts about me: I'm a professional artist, I love fishing, I had a horse for 15 years (I love ALL animals - especially dogs), and I travelled the world with a gymnastic team from Denmark.
